My mission is to offer calm, compassionate support for people navigating life’s changes — from moments of uncertainty to times of growth and renewal. I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re feeling, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Through thoughtful, one-on-one sessions, I create a safe space for reflection, healing, and honest conversation, always shaped around your needs and at your pace.
My Approach
I work in a way that’s respectful, intuitive, and centred around you. Every person’s experience is different, so I draw on a mix of therapeutic perspectives to meet you where you are. While my approach is holistic — acknowledging the connection between thoughts, emotions, and the body — it’s also practical and conversational. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface and gently uncover what’s needed to create meaningful, lasting change.

Individual Session

One-on-one therapy session
I offer individual sessions to support you through life transitions, anxiety, overwhelm, relationship patterns, and the parts of life that look “fine” from the outside but feel heavy internally.
Together we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and move forward with more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.

Extended Individual Session
– 75 minutes
For deeper work or a slower pace
An extended session allows more time to settle, explore what’s emerging, and work at a pace that feels grounded — particularly when you’re holding a lot, feeling stuck, or navigating something significant.
A $50 deposit is required to confirm your booking and is applied toward your session fee.
